LaserHubs is pleased to provide our customers with a lifetime warranty on all original laser igniter products, even after installation, provided there is no physical damage caused by improper use or human error to the unit. If you place an order and need to cancel it, please send an email to sales@laserhubs.com. We cannot guarantee successful order cancellation, as most orders are dispatched quickly before we receive your cancellation email.

 

 

All return shipping fees and insurance expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer sending back the goods. Limited exceptions may apply only if the product arrives defective due to our manufacturing fault. We strongly recommend you purchase shipping insurance for all return parcels. LaserHubs will not take liability for lost, stolen or damaged packages during return transit.

 

 

LaserHubs offers a lifetime warranty for all standard laser igniter products, valid post-installation, on the condition the unit has no self-inflicted physical damage. To qualify for warranty service or returns, you must first apply for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via our official support channel before shipping any items back to our warehouse.

 

All return and warranty requests are reviewed individually on a case-by-case basis. Any goods returned without prior RMA authorization from LaserHubs will result in severe processing delays. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.

 

 

We refuse all return requests for units damaged from incorrect installation or improper operation, including frayed internal wiring, cracked ignition components, burnt circuit boards, broken casing, and other man-made damage. If you receive an item with cosmetic factory defects (e.g., shell scratches, assembly flaws), you must contact our support team before any installation or test firing of the product.

 

An RMA number only grants permission to send the product back for technical inspection; it does not guarantee a full refund, partial refund or free exchange. We reserve the right to decline any return application after inspecting the returned product if it fails to comply with this policy. If a return is initiated due to no fault of LaserHubs, we reserve the right to deduct a 15% restocking fee from your final refund amount to cover inspection, repackaging and warehousing costs.

 

 

Our website inventory and pricing are updated regularly to showcase the newest laser igniter models and current promotional discounts. By completing checkout and submitting your order, you fully agree to the displayed price at the time of purchase. We do not provide post-order price matching, price adjustments or partial refunds for price drops after your order has been processed.
