Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time: All orders for laser machines, laser lenses, laser igniters and related accessories will be processed, inspected and packaged within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing and shipping are unavailable on weekends and official public holidays. We will notify customers promptly by email in case of stock shortages, product upgrades or unexpected delivery delays.

Global Shipping & Delivery Time: LaserHubs provides worldwide shipping services covering most countries and regions. Standard international shipping takes 7–15 business days, while expedited shipping takes 3–7 business days. The actual delivery time is subject to logistics transportation conditions and local customs clearance progress.

Customs Duties & Taxes: International shipments may incur local import taxes, tariffs and customs clearance fees. All additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer, which are not included in product prices or shipping costs and are beyond our control.
